Automation and Process Improvement
First I map how the work really flows and fix the steps that don’t make sense. Then I automate what’s left with Jira Automation, external automation tools, scripts, and API integrations, so nobody copies data between systems by hand.

What I’ve built
A Jira Service Management instance from nothing
Jira Service Management and Assets/CMDB built from scratch, with a customer portal, automated email routing, Slack and chatbot intake, and reporting on top.
Company-wide reporting
Built and ran a Power BI instance for three years at a ~300 employee software company, connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, HR systems, Jira, and OpenAir into reporting for every department.
A custom intake UI
An interface for intake of repetitive data that saved the results to a database and published recommended options for customers.
