Who We Are

I’m Josh, the founder of Resolute Business Solutions. My path wasn’t traditional. I was in the military in aviation operations, turned wrenches on helicopters, worked in inventory management, quoted and managed physical security installations, ran a team of inventory integrity analysts, improved manufacturing workflows, and finally moved into business intelligence in the SaaS realm. I discovered the thread weaving through all of this is solving complex problems and making people’s decisions easier. Because of my broad experience, I am able to understand and liaison between all sections of your business from junior employees to C-Level executives.

I started Resolute because I kept seeing the same bottleneck: as businesses scale, they often sit on a messy goldmine of data and reporting. The problem typically isn’t access; it’s that the information is disorganized, siloed across competing spreadsheets, or lacks the dedicated resources to be actioned correctly. At RBS I act as a guide and technical leader for businesses in transition.
