Resolute Business Solutions (“Resolute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at resolutebusinesssolutions.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect from Site visitors, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Resolute Business Solutions is operated by Josh Jordan as a sole proprietorship in Richmond, Kentucky.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the Site only — information collected when you browse the Site or contact us using the phone number or email address published on it.
This policy does not cover client data. If you engage Resolute for consulting or analytics services, any business data you provide — financial records, operational data, customer lists, or system exports — is governed by the confidentiality and data-handling terms of your written engagement agreement, not by this policy. Contact us for a copy of those terms.
Information we collect
Information you give us
The Site has no contact form, no accounts, no registration, and no comments. We collect nothing from you automatically at the point of contact.
If you call, text, or email us, we receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, your phone number or email address, your company, and what you’re asking about. We keep that correspondence in order to respond to you and follow up.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server and traffic information when you visit, which may include your IP address, approximate geographic location, browser type and version, device type and operating system, the pages you viewed, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect payment card information through the Site. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health information, precise geolocation, or biometric data. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

- To prepare proposals, scopes of work, and pricing
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site

Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only as needed for them to perform their function:
- Hostinger — website hosting, server logs, and traffic analytics
- Google Workspace — business email and communications
- Google (Looker Studio) — the demonstration dashboards embedded on our Demo Projects page are hosted by Google and load directly from Google’s servers
- Complianz — cookie consent management
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing its handling of your information.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property. If Resolute is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Embedded content from other websites
Our Demo Projects page embeds interactive dashboards hosted by Google Looker Studio. Loading that page causes your browser to connect directly to Google’s servers, which behaves the same as if you had visited Google’s site directly. Google may set cookies, collect data about your device and interaction with the embedded content, and associate that activity with your Google account if you are signed in.
The dashboards themselves display synthetic demonstration data only. No real client information appears on that page.
Cookies
The Site uses essential cookies required for it to function and for security. Embedded Google Looker Studio content may set additional cookies as described above. You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working correctly.
We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no common standard for interpreting them has been adopted.
How long we keep information
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for business records — generally no longer than 36 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client, in which case retention is governed by your engagement agreement. Server and analytics logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s default settings.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and multi-factor authentication where available. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Regardless of where you live, you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it. Depending on your state of residence you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal information or of targeted advertising. As stated above, we do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email josh.jordan@resolutebusinesssolutions.com. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General with concerns about how it was handled.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Review their policies before providing them information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
