Monthly client dashboard for CPA firms
A month of QuickBooks data on one page a business owner will actually read, branded with your firm’s logo. It runs on made-up books for a fictional outdoor supply store.
How it’s built
The dashboard reads the same QuickBooks data you already close each month and turns it into revenue against last year and budget, margins, expenses, cash, and collections. It’s built once as a template, so each new client means pointing it at their books and swapping in their name.
For your firm, it turns the monthly close into an advisory conversation without adding staff. In this sample, sales are up 10%, but rising freight costs and slow-paying wholesale customers kept profit nearly flat. That’s exactly the conversation an owner needs to have with their CPA. I build the same dashboard in Power BI too.
